Despite hidden profits associated with related party actions, industry leaders claim they can’t provide enough care because it would cost as much as $10 billion annually. Still, everyone knows sufficient staffing is directly linked to patient care and no one is willing to ease up on this issue. Recently a group of Democratic Senators sent a letter to CMS stating “Studies have shown a correlation between inadequate staffing levels and lower quality of care.” See J.
