Mr. McGuffey began his career litigating injury cases, and is a former Chair of the Nursing Home Litigation Group of AAJ (formerly ATLA). Although our focus is on Elder Law and Special Needs Law, we still know how to fight and we have lots of friends who love to fight. If you call us, we will meet with you at no charge and we will help put together the best team for your case. We work on a contingent fee basis and you pay us nothing unless you get paid.
Although we review injury cases anywhere in Georgia, our offices are in North Georgia. Our Dalton Office is located at 400 N.
